Account information: name, email, and business details.
Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor and Merchant of Record. We receive confirmation of your purchase, not your card details.
Usage information: general data on how you use the platform, to improve our library and recommendations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver your membership, prepare your Tech Concierge audit, personalize recommendations, communicate with you about your account, and improve EternalOS over time.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers to operate EternalOS, including for payment processing, account email delivery, and newsletter delivery. Each only receives what's necessary to perform its function, and is bound to handle your data appropriately.
We don't sell your individually identifiable information to third parties for advertising. Where we work with sponsors on aggregate trends, it's based on anonymized, aggregated data, never information that identifies you individually.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to us.
