These Terms govern your use of EternalOS ("we," "us," "our") and the membership described below. By purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. Please read them fully.
1. What EternalOS Is
EternalOS is a one-time-payment membership providing: AI Protocols (step-by-step deployable automation builds), AI Assets (prompts, templates, and blueprints), The Tech Concierge (a personalized audit of your tech stack), The 1% Tech Stack (curated tool recommendations), Partner Perks (discounts from third-party partners), and AI Intel (a weekly newsletter for Pro members). Access and specific features may be updated, expanded, or changed over time.
2. Payment and Billing
EternalOS is offered for a one-time payment of $99 USD, granting lifetime access to the membership as it exists and evolves. This is not a subscription — no recurring charge, no automatic renewal.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our payment processor and Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or an error in pricing.
3. Refund Policy (The 14-Day Guarantee)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason, with no explanation required. To request a refund, email support@eternalos.co. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of your request through Paddle. After 14 days from your purchase date, all sales are final.
4. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Membership access is for your individual or single-business use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person or entity.
5. Acceptable Use
AI Protocols, Assets, and all other library content are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage this content as your own product or service, whether for free or for payment. You agree not to use EternalOS to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our library content for any purpose beyond your own permitted use.
Violating this section is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without refund, and to pursue any legal remedy available to us, including recovery of damages.
6. Changes to the Service
Because EternalOS is a growing library, the specific Protocols, Assets, Perks, and other content available will change, expand, and be updated over time. Your lifetime access covers the membership as it evolves — we do not guarantee that any specific piece of content will remain available indefinitely, though we intend for the library to only grow.
7. Third-Party Information and Tools
We make every reasonable effort to verify pricing, features, and availability of third-party tools referenced across our library and reports, but third-party details change without notice, and we're not responsible for inaccuracies arising after our research was completed. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience — we don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
8. Results Are Not Guaranteed
EternalOS reflects our best research, judgment, and effort at the time content is created or a report is delivered. It is guidance, not a guarantee of results. Figures such as estimated cost savings, time saved, or value delivered are estimates based on stated assumptions, not promises of actual outcomes. You are responsible for your own business decisions, and should independently verify anything critical to your business before acting on it.

EternalOS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in EternalOS constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EternalOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, including the resale or redistribution restrictions in above Sections.
